Fruits
According to the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Pyramid, I should take 2 cups of fruits daily.
Fruits are important becouse they.
- May protect against certain cancers, such as mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer.
- May be useful in helping to lower calorie intake.
Some Fruits that i would include in my diet:
- Grapes
- Orange
- Strawberries
- Peach
Here's an example of how i could get my 2 cups of fruits in one day:
- 1 small orange (1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup of strawberries (1/2 oz.)
- 1 large peach (1 oz.)
